Who we are

After having successfully run the entire IT/MIS department operations and IT help desk for a multi-location, multi-million dollar Aerospace and Defense company in Fort Worth, Texas for the past 10 years, we have seen a lot of changes in the computer industry and understand the needs of computer users today. We’ve heard the horror stories from our users time and time again, trusting their computers with other so-called computer professionals. Simply put there are a million other computer service places you could choose… so why choose us?

How we are different

Technology today is complicated, ever-changing, and rarely comes with clear instructions, if any. Each day, home and business users are becoming more and more reliant on their devices, data, websites, the could and other online networks. Most of us don’t understand how our technology works, are never trained on how to use it, and don’t have an easy way to get answers. To make things worse, customer support is at an all-time worst: support phone calls often involve long hold times and overseas conversations with unskilled call center workers.
